Just found out its 85% of one month's rent (typical reletting fee in all the apartments I've lived at across Texas over the last 11 years, so this is fine) however, they add an ADDITIONAL FEE of one month of rent .. That's just the fee, on top of the 60 day notice, which includes an additional two months of rent. We're talking $4000 to walk away from this lease. Absolutely insane, this is the first negative review I've written about anything in my life.
