There were not a lot of spaces available in Midland, Texas so when I found Cotton Flat RV Park I was very grateful. When we first pulled in it was set up in a gravel parking lot with no amenities and I wondered if it was a safe place to stay. It is. It is perfect for working people. It is quiet at night with no late night partiers and you feel very safe here. Your pers are welcome and if you have concerns they address them immediately. You are far enough off of the interstate for a quiet feel but only five minutes from a Walmart and laundromat. The nearest Sams or mall are only 10 minutes away too.
