    Waited for 1 hour, they forgot about my truck... they said that it was first come first serve. The proceeded let 3 other people go before me then I realized what was happening. So I asked the them about my trucks and they told me it would be at least another 2 hrs...

    One star is being generous. Waited over an hour for an inspection and oil change. Car was in the bay 5 minutes and they pulled it back around. No oil change was done and since there about the only place in town that uses Valvoline I'll just do it myself. Not the first time I've had issues here, but I guaranty it will be the last.

    Tires were inflated to 40 psi instead of 32; there was a sticker on the door saying 32 psi. Tried to sell me a fuel filter saying it was manufacturer recommended; according to Nissan that was untrue.
