  First, my family and I are new to the Midland area, I took my 4 year old to y’all based on a recommendation. As we know, children are our most precious treasure so when they are sick or are hurt we as parents will do whatever it takes to make things better. My experience from the beginning was sub par- 1st when I called and made the appointment I told the receptionist I wanted her tested for flu because 6 children in her class had been confirmed to have it. She requested I arrive 15 minutes early- we got there 27 minutes prior to our appointment which was scheduled for 3. We got back to the exam room between 3:15 and 3:20. They took her temp which was 102.8. We waited..... and waited..... finally I stepped out to ask when we would be seen because she had a fever and I didn’t have any Tylenol or Motrin to help with her fever as I picked her up directly from school. They explained the Doctor was behind. Finally at 4:20 he was able to see her....here’s the part that pissed me off- the only flu test they had available was $150 because y’all were out of the $50 test- that would have been great to know when I called. 2nd when the doctor came in he asked the nurse about children’s Tylenol and in front of me she said I didn’t give her any because what we have is EXPIRED. Long story short I had to take her somewhere else. By far the worst experience at a doctors office that I have ever encountered.
