My wife asked for a particular plate but asked if one of the vegetables could be placed on the side. She almost seemed scared to go ask in the back if it was possible. She said that he makes them the way he makes them but would go see if he would make an exception. She came back and said that the cook had said no. I mean come on, not everyone is going to like everything on there plate. But you’re going to lose business because you only want to make it one way? Great business ethic! And employee shouldn’t be scared to ask. Sounds like they don’t get treated very well. Heard good things but found out differently.
