  I asked them to check the undercarriage for damage after running over a muffler on the highway. I dropped it off in the morning and went to work. They never called me. I called them at 3pm and they said they would check and call me back but they never called back. I show up around 5:30 after work and tell them I need the car back. They must have rushed because the next day I checked under the hood and see the Air Filter duct is open with Air Filter just laying there and also a dirty rag. Also now I hear a clunking sound when I stop and a dragging chain noise when I drive on the highway. They have done some good work for me in the past and this time it seemed they were really busy and they didn't charge me just to inspect my car but they should really make sure they put everything back together and clean up before giving me my car back. It doesn't give me confidence in their workmanship.
