    Came in to have my hair cut (wanted to feel better about how I look and have something cooler for summer), waited for quite a while. Gave the stylist a phone of what I wanted. The cut took maybe 20 minutes. I didn't get to look at it or anything until she was completely done and took off the cape - didn't blow dry it or anything. Got home, dried it and flat ironed it. It's NOTHING like what it was supposed to be!! The back is visibly too short, and the sides are not the same length. Beyond disappointed!!!!
